We built an information architecture for the publishing company’s academic Journal
of Management Studies, defining descriptive metadata tags to support successful retrieval
of its online content.
Using an innovative method to place classification terms within a pre-tested search syntax, we generated automatic, well-structured rules and relevant training documents, which applied the content tags consistently within Inxight’s Categorizer Workbench.
We then tested the categorization results for accuracy against a manually-tagged sample, refining the classification structure, rules and training documents where necessary.
