We completed a five-day knowledge audit, comprising a quantitative and qualitative view of information flows within the organization.
The audit included staff surveys, interviews and workshops. Our project focused on obstacles to knowledge sharing, plus solutions such as consistent metadata and portal technology to organize information and foster collaboration.
Government projects
InfoArk works regularly for central government agencies as well as for local government bodies.
Our work for the UK national association of local authorities was incorporated into a new UK metadata standard, the Integrated Public Sector Vocabulary.
We support this standard in our projects, while also customizing a list of preferred terms that reflects the needs of each client.
