TNT

InfoArk conducted a classification review for the TNT Express parcel delivery division, unifying content headings from an internal knowledge management study and the division's intranet site. We then extended the classification structure to include the information systems unit and TPG head office functions.

The next steps incorporated requirements of the global company's two other key divisions, and integrated the classification system into Open Text’s Livelink application for content management.
